Fagron Genomics will be participating in the third edition of the Barcelona Hair Meeting, taking place on 17–19 September 2026 in Sitges, Barcelona.
The meeting brings together clinicians, researchers and experts from around the world to share the latest developments in hair research and clinical practice, covering topics such as alopecia, hair transplantation, trichoscopy, regenerative therapies and genetics.
Following our participation in the previous edition, the Fagron Genomics team will return to the meeting at Stand 12, where healthcare professionals will be able to learn more about TrichoTest® and the role of genetics in supporting personalized approaches to hair health.
As part of the scientific programme, Dr Gustavo Torres de Souza, Lead Geneticist at Fagron Genomics, will present “Pharmacogenetic Stratification Enhances Treatment Response in Androgenetic Alopecia”. The session will explore evidence from previous studies and clinical data showing how patient genotyping can help predict treatment response and support more personalized therapeutic decisions in androgenetic alopecia.
